Kiplant VS-04 is a biological fungicide, a biostimulator based on chitosan acid, promotes activation of endogenous defense mechanisms against external aggressive factors, prevents and suppresses sporulation. It stimulates the activity of beneficial microorganisms in the soil, increases the energy of seed germination and stimulates the development of a productive root system. It mainly consists of chitosana(the shell of crabs, insects). Chitosan is very important, because it works as a medium for bacteria. Microorganisms become stronger due to good nutrition. It was originally planned as a stimulator of soil health. The product is designed to control phytopathogens (bacteria, fungi). Two years ago UES recognized chitosan as common fertilizerm( not a fungicide, not an insecticide), which means that it does not need registration as for fungicides and bactericides. It also has a toxic effect on nematodes, improves root growth. Chitosan stimulates the production of molecules in plants that inhibit the development of pathogens (proteins, enzymes), that is, it prepares plants for the effects of pathogensв(as a vaccine against diseases).

Kiplant VS-04 increases root development and root lignancy, resulting in an increased number of roots that, being stronger, are better able to protect themselves from multiple biotic and abiotic stresses.
